@@kaushleshsharma5698 this is the procedure first check the rockbolt condition, grout and sometime found they put nut before the plate so, otherwise only smooth surface required for putting jack.

Difference between pull out test and yield load

Yield strength means when maximum strength is applied to elastic material it's withhold without permanent deformation and when maximum strength is applied to elastic material it result in breaking which is called as ultimate strength. The pull out load is maximum 80% of Yield load.
