Sometimes limitations are strengths. I've been playing guitar for over 40 years, and playing uke has taught me a lot of new guitar ideas by forcing me into a fretboard "sandbox." I also play mandolin, which is a great melody instrument with a large range, but I prefer uke for chords, because you have more options for close harmony.

Nice lesson! I've just discovered the Fadd9 recently and love it. Is there a name for the chord that's the Fadd9 + the C on the "A" string?

0013 is an Fsus2! Since there is no longer an A note in the chord you are left with F G C. You can also call this a Csus4 depending on the context.
