My last build was on my 2000 TJ where I went with an ATLAS 5:1 behind an NV4500. Now that I'm going with a K5 Blazer that's powered by an LS that really shouldn't be in a K5... (Because it came from a 10 second NA drag Camaro...) I'm really looking at the same thing! I'm going to try the TH400 that came with the K5 and I'll double it this way or just take the range box from a 203. Just how heavy was your transfer case after the unit was assembled? I have a friend that did the 203/205 doubler in 2003 and that son of a gun was HEAVY!
