Nice relaxing video. Some expensive gear there though, but if it's your passion I'm sure it's well worth it . Some people spend that on a holiday each year and have nothing to show for it when they get back. It can be quite funny how we view spending money can't it and the value we get from it. As I've got older I find I view it differently.

Dont leave portafilter with coffee in group head for so long. Coffee is getting burned. You should start extraction within 3sec after portafilter insertion.

Would you be kind and give me a recommendation for a lever maschine but a quite one ? Is the coffee will be more cremig by these ? Have you tried olympia cremina and what do you think of it ?

Nice video, but I think it's good to start pulling espresso as long as you lock the portafilter, although there is no water, the coffe starts to degrade due to heat from group.

You're right, It is good to start pulling as long as I lock the portafilter. On the other hand, there's water because I don't use the water tank. 🌹

Can you just hit a button on this for it to pull a straight 9 bar shot if you want it to, or do you always have to choose one of the 5 profiles? I guess you could set one of these to do that, but I just wondered.

You can pull a manual shot with it fully open at 9 bar

Looks good! So what is the pressure profile you are using for the bean? Pre and post infusion? How many bar? I am curious ;)

I tried a different profile before few days. 6 bar / 10 seconds 0 bar / 10 seconds 9 bar / till the end. I got a nice result.
