I’ve been to a lot of sports games in my life, like at Allen field house for KU basketball games, 1600 people in the nations loudest indoor stadium I was at this lan and I can tell you that was louder or at least as loud as anything I had heard in the field house, and there was 3k less people

I watched this in person. Most hype moment of the entire event by a long shot. I will definitely remember that moment for a long time to come. I would argue that the season 5 finals game 7 between NRG and Dignitas and the season 8 finals game 7 between NRG and Renault Vitality were bigger moments though since the title was being played for and the story lines behind them.

Having been to many RLCSs myself, I consider the Furia vs Moist game to be the best RLCS moment since the NRG vs Dig finals. Don't get me wrong, many series are epic in their own rights, but me and all my friends I attended with left that day saying that the Furia vs Moist series *should* have been the finals, and you really never hear that about any non-finals series. Like ever. I involuntarily jumped out of my seat screaming at that 2 second goal, no non-finals series has ever been *that* hype

I knew that if that had just been the finals, id be able to say that I had watched the best series in rocket league history. I also think that if this series hadnt happened, people would be less upset at the finals being so poor, since we were teased with what could have been.

Amazing. I have to highlight how incredibly well the game deciding moments were chosen and shown in a condensed way while allowing viewers to understand the plays being made. That is not easy and requires deep knowledge of both the game and editing itself. Glory to the editor(s). Give them a raise... and make more please!

As a Moist fan, I was so shocked about the craziness of all this that I couldn't even be upset. I just sat there shaking my head smiling, thinking this was the greatest rocket league series I've ever witnessed. The L did hit later though.

Joyo's attendance of the final between NRG and Dig being the inspiration for his turning pro is actually amazing. You hear about these kinds of stories in pro sports all the time, but Rocket League actually lets you see them happen in real-time. Amazing stuff, it's a privilege to be around when this esport is in its hayday.

The effort put into these post-shows deserves respect. This is truly the best goal in RLCS imo. People argue that the jstn goal is, but this is known by a bigger community. The Event was also just as important but the skill Level difference is huge and the prize pool is also much bigger. It is even funnier the fact shogun wqs commentating it again and chamako was his partner (there was a 3rd guy too but forgot who it was) but these two specidically get hyped up a lot. They show a lot of emotions it gives u goosbumps. I wish this was the Finale of worlds 2021.

Justin's goal required a lot more clutch and things to fall literally just right for it to even happen at all. shot wise your right its not spectacular in its mechanics, but as a moment in RLCS it is by far the most impactful and dare I say greatest shot in RLCS history just because of the stakes, the atmosphere, and the setup to the shot itself. Furia's time in the sun won't be forgotten for sure, but you can't really say its the same thing, NRG sending that game to ot was nearly impossible and yet it happened because of some of the most perfect play by a team who stands above the rest as the most loved team in RLCS history.

This was great, but kinda messed up to not show the moist boys regain mental for that final 3 as they locked back in despite the odds. Part of what made the moment is that even after they still pushed that 3 seconds as far as they could to fight for their tournament lives imo

IDK how can it be better than a game 7 in the grand finals, with a shot at 0 seconds to send it into overtime and the game has literally used that most iconic moment in RLCS history as a quick chat. Furia beating Moist was huge for sure, but it doesn't hold a candle to the most iconic game 7 in the history of the game. There is a reason NRG are the most loved team in RLCS despite their poor showing in the fall split.

Uh… NRG vs Vitality S8 World Finals. Higher stakes, closer matches, better storylines, crowned a 4 time, game 7 overtime.
