I am Israeli they just did a piece on our news on how we manage to level dozens of apartment buildings with little casualties. Keep in mind these apartments are owned by Hamas senior members. 1) they send small warming bombs on the roof that make noise. 2) they call the occupants to warn them 3) the drones watch and make sure they leave the building 4) they drop more small warning bombs around the building to warn passers by 5) they fly a drone and make sure the area is clear 6) They bring it down in a certain way not to harm the neighbor buildings and occupants
