Great interview. Great insight from two legends. Jillian is so gracious, patiently listening and taking part when there is space for her to join in. Glad I got to catch Soundgarden during the King Animal tour. A few of the 3rd Secret song intros sound like they could have been Soundgarden songs, but it's its own thing.

Fantastic interview - 3rd Secret are possibly the best thing to come out of the Covid-19 era. To see these legends coming together, telling stories, and making new music that is both familiar and intriguing at the same time, it's really special. As a huge fan of both Soundgarden and Nirvana obviously I was attracted to this union with 3rd Secret. Kim, Krist and Matt in a band together,...hell yeah. Musically it hits a sweet spot for me, but the distinguishing aspect are the vocals. Jillian and Jennifer just put this band over the top for me -- incredible stuff with amazing stage presence. I absolutely love this band.

If you like rock music, particularly the stuff that came from Seattle, these two records by 3rd Secret are all of that an then some; they are a totally unique amazing thing, with some of your favorite riff type nature vibes from Seattle in the foreground. Jillian's work here is absolutely top notch and absolutely on par with some of the best that came before--and that is saying something. She also occupies a unique place as a singer. Everything is there with this band and I look forward to following them as they go along. Hopefully they will get to play Boston someday so I can see them.

I definitely think some shows are in order and there's a definite audience. When Thayil saud that they don't have enough material for a full show, i agreed with Kris that they do. Jrus definitely wants ti do another album. Have too women as Lead singers and premeir writer's was a brilliant move. Of course it doesn't take away from the heaviness of the music.
