Love that smell Harry's army surf wash. Dearborn Heights, Michigan love going in that place to buy beer. Unfortunately, they don't have a lot of surplus anymore. But so much stuff from that place. To make my g suits

@@scotttucker5331 Ya Surplus one day will be probably hard to come by. It's nice that it's still around. Online you can find some good prices if you search, but a lot of times stuff on eBay is outrageously priced. I like going in person. I actually found some east German gloves for a pair at $6.50 vs online where their is a seller selling them for $30 a pair no thanks. Thanks for watching appreciate it 🤗

Thanks for sharing this. I grew up in Northern Illinois and back in the 80s and 90s the best surplus store I knew of was Jim's Army Surplus in Plano IL. I used to go about every other weekend to Jim's or in the other direction to scour the stores across the suburbs. I intend to make a trip to this one.

Scotty you jerk! You totally got me with the Hummer man. Was that price seriously 18k or did I misread the tag?? Oh, those Kawasaki diesel bikes were only made one production run so the bugs weren't ever ironed out. That said from what I have heard once the issues are fixed they are a sick bike! Surprised you passed on that British Other Arms bergen, I haven't got one yet but they are pretty neat.

@@turtlewolfpack6061 ahhhhhhh😬🤪🤪🤪🤪...I realized it was a joke too ..I was bummed out.....I think it said $18,500. That USMC bike was neat. I do want a new pack. I'm wanting a Gregory UM-21, but online they are overpriced. I should have looked closer at the Bergen though. Is it different than the regular Bergen?. It was a good day their. Such a blessing to give Wyatt some camera time and drive the Humvee.

@@scottysurvival it is designed for non infantry, lacks the front pouch and has a panel that velcros over the harness so it can be carried as a suit case. Isn't quit as big, I think the main bag is 50l so a bit smaller than my short back. They do still have a full frame and belt same as the infantry. They are more of a short back size though.

@@scottysurvival nope, the shortback is identical to the longback except height I think. I know my shortback in mtp is a massive beast! Hey, have you got an email? I acquired an odd little Australian radio pack made by London Bridge a while back that is designed for the Alice type frames and was wondering if you might be interested in it?
