To me Andy hasn't gotten bad, in my opinion his voice got deeper. Happens to alot of vocalist (clean and screams) i mean look at kyle from wcar his voice has gotten slightly lower even his highs. Even Telle's has gotten a bit lower. The reason Dave does so much of the cleans too now is he can really hit those notes. To me him and Andy are a great pair together they complement each other very well.

It really upsets me when people say Andy sucks or that the band doesn't need him. I personally love his vocals AND he's been in the band from the beginning. He helped make CTE what they are today and say what you will but that's important. He is important. Besides, the only reason he doesn't sing as much live as he does on the albums is because his voice still cracks sometimes and he probably doesn't want to risk the high notes like in Johnny's Revenge. And have you ever payed attention to his growls? That shit is beautiful if you ask me.

Andy also doesnt sing as much live as he does on the album is because Dave likes to take on the singing in certain songs live. I think it adds an amazing dynamic to there live sound.

Dave has got to be the best vocalist in the genre. I can't think of anyone else who comes close.. Watch him hitting those high screams and clean singing? Andy was off and out of breath a lot.. but it didn't matter because Dave is so incredible. Not gonna lie. Its a breath of fresh air.. if I have to hear any more of the new Woe Is Me type crap off Rise, I might give up on the genre altogether.. good to see decent instrumentals and actual interplay (if you insist on having 2 vocalists)

Tempest Edits He's not fine. If you look back to when they started and last year, he was AMAZING. He sang like he did on the EP and album, unlike in this video and a few others from late 2013. Now, he sounds nothing like he does on the EP and album. This was a while ago, so I haven't seen any live videos from like the last 3 months of the year, but I REALLY hope he's singing good again. There is no way this is good. Btw, how many vocalists do what you said? Only two I listen to are really good. (Kellin Quinn and Tilian Pearson) I can't think of any others right now...

Kellin Quinn really isn't that great, he's too shrill and high pitched to be realistic for live shows and it's difficult to make out what he's saying + it's annoying. I saw CTE live inVermont at the end of last year and it was amazing. Compare this guy to WCAR's lead singer and it blows them out of the water. Same with other bands like I See Stars with Devin similar to Kellin's style. Andy + CTE doesn't run out of breath, they harmonize with screaming lows/highs with perfect timing, and Andy was even a chorus student during high school. At least for post hardcore and metalcore standards, Andy CTE is top of the line.
