Nice calcite specimens for sure, you’re in a pretty good area for it, we had some nice blue celestite in some of the limestone quarries in Pennsylvania

Meckley limestone quarry around Harrisburg used to have a dig every year before msha started cracking down on stuff like that in active quarries

So far nothing is really lighting up. A few of the pieces today have a bit of fluorescence.

Yeah. I once had someone tell me that it was just Knox Chert, but he acted like he wasn't interested in really confirming it or not. Lol. So I still lean towards chalcedony.

If you have really good quality specimens then maybe, but I would not even know where to look.

split those dark grey layer rocks they have fossils in them :)
