Feltner did great, and Buddy did a good job of choosing who to bring out of the pen. It was this close to being another loss though, you can't ignore that. Mo, you aren't doing your job. One of the relief pitchers you signed as free agent in off-season shows up with a bad arm and has to have season-ending arm surgery. We still don't have a 5th starter on the staff, 60 games into the season!!! We could be in 1st place in this division, easily. We see nothing being done to help this team do better. It needs 2 reliable relief pitchers and at least one more starter. The DeWitts need to ask for your resignation or retirement.

Well one thing I can say about the Cardinals is they are consistently inconsistent! They are back in the cellar of the worst division in baseball and by the all-star break will be around 12 games out. They are done for the year unless things change drastically.

Mo must retire. That's why the team is bad. Marmol has nothing he can rely on in the bullpen except Helsey. We are short two relievers and one starter, and Mo sits there doing nothing. Stop with the criticism of the Manager. No Manager could make this team a winner.
