Great to hear him talk about the head drift, I’ve had the same problem at times and am working on improving it

He's essentially teaching how Bonds and many other players swing. I teach this same technique to my kids. Keep the head as still as possible. In theory, the more still it stays, the better you see the ball.

Glenn Bosworth that’s why at one point in the season he was hitting .472 and was the hottest hitter in baseball right? And still is? I’m not one for teaching people how to do things when what they are doing is already working for them. That’s how you screw things up
