Oscillation is incredible ... I am an electronics engineer and in an electronic oscillator ... you only need to provide the initial kick of energy and a tuned circuit resonates or oscillates as the energy transfers between the inductance and capacitance ... it’s the same here ...the lady being pushed is pushed and her mass then follows and finds its natural frequency ...l this is wonderful ... thing of a tuning fork...l nature has this for a good reason..l

yes, its interesting how the energy you put into the system is conserved and you just need to apply a bit more to make deeper areas move move. Its an amazing techniques and I used it a lot, especially on people who 'don't know how to relax'....

I found this video because I saw someone swinging on parallel bars and it occurred to me, the feeling the woman was feeling as she swung her legs forward and backwards and the thought came to me ... oscillation.... frequency...and all the talk about frequencies used in meditation sounds...and also the feeling I used to get as a child going back and forth on a swing and that wonderful feeling of back and forth motion ... I also rock backwards and forwards when I meditate ... weird I thought but maybe there is something in this ... thinking ... natural frequency and the lady then in this video saying, we all have our own frequency .... this for me is an epiphany moment .... I love Mother Nature and how she has given us these things that we discover in our lives....she gives us everything we need and it’s all subtle.... there is purpose to life ... there really is.and this from a guy who a few months ago was living with depression and anxiety and lack of purpose and also fear that religion put in me.... things are good....anyone reading this that is depressed and feels like they don’t matter or at the end of their tether...Dont give up hope folks ... look into positivity, meditation and mindfulness they are the start that will unleash the power of something amazing ... won’t cure your troubles but gives you the hope and the energy to live a new life of meaning. ... please contact me here if you want to talk ....
