Episode of the nationally syndicated "Rockline" with Bob Coburn from 1988. I had to edit out the songs to clear KZbin's music rights. This is Hour 1. Hour 2 can be found here: • Rockline w/Bob Coburn ...

In late 80s, I was so happy to hear Harrison also his band of Dylan, Petty & Orbison and playing it on top 40 radio with the studio speakers blasting after midnight

Epic interview by BC. I grew up in LA and enjoyed Bob's 10-2 shift on KLOS for years as well! Legendary radio personality. Thanks for uploading!

I have searched for years for a copy of this. I remember that night very well. I was with a long time friend that passed away six years ago. I had the entire special on Cassette and then choose to put it on to CD. Regretfully the CD fell apart. So i have been scrambling trying to find this. THANK YOU. My friend and I spent over 3 hours on the phone and almost got through. My friends daughter was able to get through. I had been by the KLOS studios a few times because i was making a Beatles-Rock Tour when i was living back home. I wish i knew where the Rockline studios were. I would have tried to go down there. I miss my good friend of 25 years, George @ Bob Coburn.

Heard this back when it first aired. It was a real hoot. Think George may have some wine before the show. I was a junior in college at Shippensburg University, and I played Cloud Nine all the time on my radio show. What a great album. What a great time. R.I.P Bob.

13:50 Is this NARDWAR??? Not just the voice, also the type of super specialized question... 17:41 George is quoting 'Last thought on Woody Guthrie': kzbin.info/www/bejne/m33cfZahnNhkp8U (and All Along the Watchtower) 21:47 Paul played the slide guitar on 'Drive My Car'
