Turns out not very... Once it gets a battery door replacement, I can sell it.

Nice gift, everyone in a New England band had one of Tom's gadgets so there must be a few floating around.

P. S. You need the Vintage SR&D Regulated Power Supply OR the Vintage SR&D Rockadaptor OR batteries. Do not use any other type of electrical plugins.

I enjoyed the Sideman (similar product) way back when.

It seemed like everyone wanted one of these when they were new. Very cool small processors for their time!

Apparently they have a degree of value also. Once it gets a battery door we should be good to go.

DUDE!!!! You need to loosen the three screws prior to opening the battery door!!! Do not use a screwdriver!!!

Up next is the Euro answer to it... Nobels Sound Studio 1
@JoeBlack1108 Жыл бұрын
@@DeadKobyi have one of the Nobels sound studio, but it is a X-1. I bought it broken for 20 bucks from the original owner in Montreal plus shipping and I gave him extra for doing the leg work. Got it fixed and now it works perfectly, he included the power adapter and headphones. I have a Rockman x100 also.

I actually own the 1984 Rockman X100 Clear Prototype and many other “Mint” condition Rockman products.

That's cool. I sold this one... so you don't have to worry about me breaking it.

@@DeadKoby Looks like you broke the battery door at the beginning of the video LOL. I still have mine, but it does not work. I have the adapter too, but the adapter needs an end, which was cut off. Inside of mine looks fine...just needs fixing. I am selling it as is for $200 Cdn.

The LED light isn’t supposed to stay on. It is supposed to blink slowly.

Blinks with the chorus.....
@timpaulmusic12278 ай бұрын
@@DeadKoby if it blinks “only” when the chorus is on and stays on continuously in any other settings, then this unit is “more broken” than he thought. I own 12 Vintage Rockman X100’s including one Pristine X100 never used, one X100 (pre RockMax) FootSwitching Rockman, the Rockman X100 Prototype (Clear Clam Case) which is considered the Holy Grail of the Rockman, not to mention many other vintage Rockman devices and they all slowly blink in all of the settings, bar none. Thanks~

Never mind. I see you broke the door. Yikes!

The door was already broken when it got here. I order a new one for it, and then sold it. Problem solved.
