I've been really into doing dips and pours lately it's so fun!!! I love moving them around in different ways especially the dips to create different forms and shapes. Your assistant is awesome and great at pours and commentary. I love all of his advice. They all came out really awesome!

I stack my rocks. Using a roasting pan, I put a layer of rocks in the bottom, then put my grid over them with a second layer of rocks. Much of the paint will drip down onto the lower layer. I still need to remove the grid and finish covering the lower layer. Just saving a little paint. The roasting pan can be used many times over.

Ha! Good point maybe because we have to just let go and our bodies need that from time to time ;)

Is it regular, like, house paint on the bottom or craft paint ~ mixed with Floetrol or water? Thanks for this! I started 6 years ago then got sick… now I’m back, yayyyyy!
@RockPainting1014 ай бұрын
It was just craft paint. I know others have used up old house paint for pouring though.

Why do you thin with water instead of adding more Floetrol?
@RockPainting1014 ай бұрын
The Floetrol doesn't thin it out quite as much as I need for some paint brands. Floetrol is actually a leveling agent so it doesn't make the paint super thin.

What paint is this? It's not in the list.
@RockPainting1012 жыл бұрын
We used different brands that we had. The trick is to mix with the Floetrol and water to get the consistency of warm honey.
