Brought back great memories. There was rv. park by the bay in Rockport. Used to bring our popup camper with the kids. Once it was time to leave a driving rainstorm hit. Aint a lot of fun taking down a popup in a driving rainstorm😄 GET WELL FRED.👍

It feels so good. It was nice enough today to do that. I walked in the water to just above my knees. Got my shorts a little wet but that's OK. The good thing about living in my truck is I always have extra clothes with me.

Morning! If you go to the beach in the morning there's always enough room to social distance. The kids don't really come out to party until later in the day I hope you have a very enjoyable time and happy birthday to your mom!

One thing always shocks me, the bike racks on a lot of these videos are empty, and the parking lots are full. Seems like I'd be riding to the beach haha

Honestly buddy there are quite a few people that ride bikes but they just take the bikes right to the picnic table or on to the beach with them. I saw the guy paddling today M a three wheeler end and he had three toddlers in the front court area that he had constructed. Pretty impressive

Hey dennis, in the intro you are at rockport bay. That big houseboat was my cousin's. My wife and I stayed there last year in july. My wife and I decided to move down there after we sell our house. Hopefully to meet you one day when we get moved. Great videos, be safe and safe travels.

Seguin has had two separate Mt lion sightings in the past two weeks. We have are giant pecan in front of the court house. Acouple small museums, we also have the haunted Magnolia Hotel. Max Starke Park has disc golf, playground, baseball fields, volleyball and a swimming pool, lots of giant pecan trees along the river, a nice waterfall at the dam, and a road that goes along the river. Some nice antique stores just on the outskirts of town in Geronimo. Some beautiful backroads ofen see people riding horses. Places to eat I would recommend JOHNNY'S BBQ, the Powerplant Texas Grill, or Lola's Mexican food

I'm close to Seguin. Very surprising to hear about the mt. Lions out there. Good info about the restaurants and things to do in the area. Do you know of any places to camp there? Not 'sons' though, they dont know real camping.. ✌

Camping in Seguin I'm not sure of, I like Blanco state park over on the other side of Canyon lake, campsites are close together but the river is beautiful. For fishing I love Choke Canyon state park, it's about a 1 - 1 half hrs away, but it has tons of wildlife, hiking trails, awesome fishing even has alligators.

Hi Mary. If I am in Rockport are usually hang around Rockport beach during the day and then go park at the Walmart parking lot at night. I always check with the manager first and make sure I'm respectful. I'll pick up any trash in my area whether it's mine or not. Also the Portland Walmart allows overnight parking but I have a Port Aransas Beach tag as well as Texas State Park pass for Goose Island and Mustang Island.

I dont know where bay stop is but the last time I visited the aquarium we parked under the nueces causeway. Ask about parking when you buy your tickets for the aquarium. I'm sure they will lead you in the right direction.
