Join us for a quick look at our CPD training sessions with the Army Engagement Ensemble at Sandhurst Military Academy! In collaboration with the Royal Corps of Army Music, we took these incredible musicians through an in-depth journey into our Rockschool Horn Section syllabus and explored the world of improvisation and creative expression.
📅 Day 1: We dove into the Rockschool Horn Section techniques, exploring versatility and contemporary performance skills. Musicians sharpened their technique and learned unique methods to bring their horn playing to the next level.
🎶 Day 2: The Ensemble took on the art of improvisation, stepping outside their usual structured repertoire to embrace creativity. Led by jazz experts, participants learned the essentials of soloing, jazz modes, and practical exercises to unleash their expressive potential.
