That looks like alot of work cleaning up all those bottles.
@rockscousteauКүн бұрын
Not really. That coke bottle in the video. Took less than a minute to clean up. You can just basically soak them in warm soapy water an they come clean. On the sides of hills like that the water drains off....and the bottles are all nice....clean up easily

Amaco on the red/orange mold. That company made modeling clay for kids. I’m pretty sure they went out of business at least 15 yrs ago now. Sux, I went out looking for it because I was running out and it was nowhere to be found. Saw it being sold on eBay at insane prices, it was like gold for the ppl that needed it. Pretty sure that was the company.. what I needed went under the name kleen clay.

Rocks, you're a brave man. It looks extremely cold in your neck of the woods. Great video. I love the color of old coke bottles. It's totally green.

That will just be the tip of the iceberg on that place Dennie. it just sucks how many roots and pieces of concrete there are. Id say there are thousands of those swirls down in the ground there. I have a lot of digging to do. id say years worth to get them

If you can get into a 1960's Dump. You will have a better chance of finding the marble Kings like this. These are after 1949.....and I would say this shooter. Mid 1960's in age. In the mid 1960's. That is a PEAK of the marble explosion in the dump. That is when they were making HUGE BAGS and the companies were in competition with each other. I could find 500 marbles in 2 or 3 days in a 1960's trash pile. Not like that in the 1950's...

aren't you worried that digging random holes all over the place - you'll miss a lot and/or have to re-dig a lot of areas - I would probably try starting a trench at the bottom of the dump that was very wide and working up the hill.......too bad you don't have some giant industrial sifting machine...imagine how many marbles you'd find then
@rockscousteauКүн бұрын
no not at all. I dig it all man. There wont be a marble left in that place in about a year.What I am doing is skimming it down over time. I am raking that. Then throwing it off. After it rains and settles. There will be less material. That ground I am on. There was 4 feet or more of dirt on that I have thrown off over 5 years. Thousands of marbles came from the top 3 feet. Now they should start getting older and better

Do you ever use that kayak with the motor anymore ?

Yea. I just have not been doing the videos . I will again eventually. These other videos just pay like TRIPLE the money. The Arrowhead Hunting is pretty much ruined here now. Advertisers are putting their money other places
