Whenever I (try to) play this, my fingers just end up tied in a neat little bow.

This is one of those songs where I can play it reasonably well for how hard it is but *man* there's some tricky stuff in here (the quick jumps to 10/13 during the bridge [?]), so super stoked to see this one get nailed!

If there's any band that deserves a full discography DLC pack, it's TFOT.

I wish I was this good at guitar. You should try some grateful dead, or maybe Albert King?

And I have trouble playing the bass line...
@waldwuffel12605 жыл бұрын
One of the harder bass lines in RS, especially the arpeggios starting at 2:50.
@dylanvolpone50735 жыл бұрын
@@waldwuffel1260 I might be a little late to this but I think the whole song is easy until like you said the arpeggios show up but I think if you took the time to learn them it'd be easy. They're just at a weird spot on the neck that most bass players never even have to touch. The ending drives me nuts though I can't hit any of the notes haha
@waldwuffel12605 жыл бұрын
@@dylanvolpone5073 The arpeggios need a bit of practice to get them into the muscle memory. And they ending, well, let's just say I've been practicing it very slowly at first :) I really need to know that by heart so I can look at the fret board, not the screen.
@dylanvolpone50735 жыл бұрын
@@waldwuffel1260 once I get the muscle memory down for both parts I'll be fine I need to work on my hand eye coordination for the last part though I don't think my hands can move that fast with that much precision yet

hey halsb, sry for the random question, but since you and i both have an aristides, how do you clean it? im having a rough time its like it just wants to stay dusty, any tips?
@halsb5 жыл бұрын
I use a micro-fiber cloth to wipe down the strings & fretboard after playing. I only wipe down the rest of the guitar when changing strings. It does get a little dusty, but I don't worry about it too much.
