I got wrongfully suspended and told my account will be returned to when I first made it. I neve cheat nor Have I ever cheated I stay in Invite only lobbies and then after doing all the appeal things sutch as teir 3 and I was told it has been fixed and I can return in 30 days to a blank slate so I just removed the game and all of its assets because regardless if they new it may happen, they should have a crew in place for the false banns and suspensions. I would rather not go back just to start all over for them to do it again, that is waiting my time!

Thank you for this insightful video, I really appreciate it. Although I play the game on PC, I had no idea the cheating issue was so widespread. Since I usually play solo in invite-only sessions, I've never encountered cheaters or griefers myself. It's good to know Rockstar has an appeal system for those who are unfairly banned, but if I were to be wrongfully banned, I wouldn't bother with the appeal process. I'd just move on and Rockstar wouldn't get any more of my money.

i received a 30 day suspension and reset. got an automated response from the appeal, "We have determined there is no associated account enforcement action eligible for appeal." got in touch with actual support, "your GTA Online account and/or gaming system violated our policies." still waiting to hear back after following up. i assume BattlEye picked up on collectibles/usb that were unlocked by modders while i was in public lobbies. i'm done with the game if this isn't fixed.

When you got those items you shud contacted support and had them removed. You know you didn’t earn it but kept it anyway. Just like anything else if it does not belong to you don’t accept it. This applies in real life so rock star just helped you for life.

Ur not banned, the servers are overloaded because banned cheaters have staged a DDOS attack via botnet set on a schedule. They pop it open every thursday at around 4-5 pm eastern US time and then it rolls progressively until after peak hours and consecutive days until Rockstar finds the holes and patches them. Its getting better, but expect a hardcore wave of attacks for the halloween update. Its been easy to track, they're not geniuses. If I can do it, imagine what a professional company can do.

The modders were DDOSing in response to getting booted. When they create excess traffic against the authentication server it makes it hard to log in. They did this to Warframe way back when too, but eventually they were able to stop it too, which appears to be what Rockstar is now doing. I actually had taken a 4 year break from the game because of modders...

Some sort of plane tickets, bus routes and taxis ( with fast travel ) would be nice for low level players, even high levels at times. Also i wish boats would be more useful, in 5 there are 0 islands so boats end up being pretty much pointless.

Did have fivem but that is its own separate thing and they bought it, so if they false flag someone or myself on that it's all on them, I'll just stop playing PC and just do console only. Currently, only 28% of the most active pc players created an account themselves and play clean. The other 70+ percent bought theirs, ran boosted attributes and modified hitboxes for other players with boosted gun accuracy or are simply cheating with mod menus and hacking software. I am a legitimate player here had not even reached 100 was almost there was like 98 going on 99 and working slowly at getting more of the needed setups like Arcade, and so forth. Don´t get any hopes up. My Buddy got his day 1 account banned for no reason. Like, that dude is the most legit upright and nice gamer there is. The sort of guy that feels bad when smacking another player even if it´s a griefer and thinking about if it was the right thing. So he tried that appeal support thing and just got an automated response back with no reasoning. So he got 10 years of progress deleted for no reason at all. Looks like he got screwed over by a false positive from some windows security software, since it´s the only thing we could come up as a possible reason. The whole squad was anti cheaters and griefers from day 1. We literally fought windmills infront of the Eclipse towers and reported all those kiddos. Endured 10 years of blatant cheating in online lobbies and getting harassed by mentally challenged kids. What does Rockstar do to thank us? Ban one of us for no reason. So I would advise to stay away from a company that bans people because they feel like it and reserve themselves the rights to do that with no repercussions. Read their EULA, you can get banned for NOT REPORTING. For being just close to a modder. They can close your account at any given time for no reason. I get that companies have to "secure" themselves to some degree and can´t look after every single player but thats just BS. I´d rather not play GTA VI than being banned for no reason after spending full price on it.

Playing online is really not worth it anymore because if you dont get targeted by cheaters your going to be targeted by rockstar. So is playing online worth it anymore, in my view the answer to that is no. Why put all the effort and time of grinding repetitive missions even your own MONEY to build XP, cash and other items just to lose it all in a matter of seconds either by a cheater or rockstar themselves. NO WAY Gta online gets shut down. It's absolutely a cash cow. Thing is, there has never been a Gta5 online, just Gta5 story mode. I believe Gta6 story mode will be incorporated into Gta online. For Rockstar to abandon Gta online and start over with Gta 6, is madness. The share holders would crucify them.

They can't just incorporate it. GTA Online and GTA 6 are two completely different games. They will, definitely, roll out a new version of GTA Online. They have to. Current GTA Online is running on an 11-Year-Old Game Engine. An 11-Year-Old Game Engine, I might add, that they have neglected to maintain. Having said that, I don't see Current GTA Online getting shut down unless the player numbers absolutely plummet.

Mate 5 online will die naturally just like games before and in future- DO U THINK THE SERVERS WILL NEVER SHUT DOWN- 18 months max after 6 comes out gta5O will be gone. Only reason I came back is because I know it will be gone quicker than we think- R* can only look after 1 baby at a time look at RDR

To clarify.. aspects of Gta6 story mode will be included in GTA online. New mechanics can be added. It could function like cayo perico. That is not what I want but when has that ever mattered to RS? The investment they have made in online says it all. Why invest in anti cheat now? Modders are interfering with R'S plans.

GTA 5 is cooked modding have been apart of PC for so many years is just apart of the game but now gta had its chance in the spotlight now gta is cooked they need close online permanently GTA 4 GTA 5 and quit production of GTA 6 GTA is done for think about it Rockstar is banning so many people that pay the online subscription and make them money even if gamers do use mods Rockstar games still get paid I guess they don't care about money no more which is pretty foolish for a company but ah well no matter there'll be a new game that take the spotlight one of these days

on god I hate the modders bro because there are some weird ass mfs that will leveled up the whole lobby against their will. Shit got me so mad bro I had just recently gotten the game and wanted to grind it on my own pace and now idk where I'm truly at because some mf thought it would look cooler for me to be leveled up 200+ levels causing me to be put in mod lobbies with more of these mfs I just wanted to hangout now I can't without being kicked because they think I'm a modder 😭😭
