For the tepanyaki section, I usually ask them to just cook some veggies with meat and no noodles since those are fillers. Depending on the type steak, I ask them to grill it by itself too. It’s like having fresh grilled cut up steak.

Omg. You mentioned Todai!! I was reminiscing about Todai not too long ago with my high school buddies. That was our go-to Asian buffet in the 90s. Man, I miss it so much.
