Short gave cube 0 credit even tho cube talked good about listening to shorty music & the vibes were DEF FAKE how could y'all not see that???? The acting was so superb oh I'm 36 btw (by the way) shrug ✨🤦🏾‍♀️☕ he says most of the viewers are under 25 (as they say) 🤔 then why are they speaking of pumping? affiliations with street credit/life? and mistresses etc. it's a mental trap to have a certain outcome in communities I can tell ice cube was very uncomfortable with a smile gotta be because lights, camera, action, there's no entertainment without a show

LL is a good man. I happened to meet him in an elevator at a Black Newspaper convention in Chicago during the Taste Of Chicago events and asked him if he would come and also meet my fellow publishers and my parents . Not only did he follow me into our convention banquet but he met my parents at our table but also followed me around the entire banquet room and met and gave all of my fellow Black newspaper publishers handshakes and honored all of us Black newspaper publishers that evening. Ever since then my mother would always love her some LL. Thank you LL for your taking time to show us Black newspaper publishers love.

I never got the hype with Too Short....His rhymes are so a-b-c, 1-2-3 simple & elementary.....Not lyrical at all. I've tried over and over to listen, but all his songs his lyrical ability SUCKS.🤷🏾‍♀🤷🏾‍♀ But I guess it's just a preference, obviously he's a Hip Hop legend, so he's stamped with that status, just never got the hype with his simplistic rhymes.

@@TheRemixstress Too Short been rapping before “Rappin Duke” duh - ha, duh-ha…When he started rapping hip hop was as easy as A-B-C, 1-2-3. Rappin Ron was my folks, and he told me that Short can get lyrical but when he makes records he sticks with his formula. When you listen to Short you have to listen for Game, not lyrics. Listen to “Paystyle” and the game he spitting to his 2nd generation of fans turned rappers. He rocked about 4 generations, in that song he was addressing the 2nd generation of rappers coming up.

Im an educator, and for years i've seen and lived hip-hop from it's beginnings. Understanding how impactful hiphop actually is, and how it's so many ways to employ and implement the talents of human beings. STEAM and/or STEM careers in hiphop can, and does empower ANYBODY who understands the various aspects and ways in hiphop to monetize and build one's legacy. If youre an entrepreneur and have this Spirit of hiphop, like the greatness we see in this video, IT'S A million and one lessons and jewels being dropped. So many profound ways to manifest DREAMS. To produce excellence and reduce the poverty that hiphop highlights. I've seen the elements of hiphop erase racism and unify humans worldwide. The character, integrity, passion and desire to elevate one's self into thriving communities where every person is discovering ways to excel and self -improve. Hiphip is an educational tool so versatile, like a swiss army knife, that every "Boss" or "Entrepreneur" should explore the endless possibilities for personal growth and fulfillment. When Nas said "Hiphop's dead" he was articulating the fact that it was a tool being misused to kill and destroy the genius and creative gifts of many aspiring artists and the established artists that want to be relavant longer than a "lit" single or "hot" season. Hiphop is a boundless expression that can kill or heal ones soul, it just depends on how well it is utilized. Snoop, LL, Cube, 40 and Short are examples of HipHop's success... uncompromised, unapollogetic, Unwilling to perpetuate industry BS. The narrative and agenda that a lot of executives promote is selfserving. From 9 months to 99 yrs old when you absorb good hiphop its easy to jam along. The GOAT rappers must promote, protect and preserve the culture. We listeners have to reject toxic tunes and hold the reps accountable for the fabricated crap disguised as "hiphop".

This is why Hiphop back was at it's peak.. Because the rappers at this tera took time to learn their craft and appreciated the Classic musicians.. The rappers now are all on a trendy flow. All sound the same...And all the same subject.. Music back then is timeless... Music now only hits for a few weeks...

Hands-down, this was the best interview out of the ENTIRE press run! Y’all could’ve did this interview only and been completely fine! Well done! A legend vs the legends! Who better to to be interviewed by than a OG GOAT like LL? Again we’ll done! 🤝🏾 Had instrumentals playing for the artists, aka vibes. Great questions, etc..! 🤝🏾 #HipHop 🎤🐐💨 Oh yea… That Gucci jacket pressure! 🔥✂️

This is super dope! Four absolute legends in one room together, showing mutual love, appreciation, recognition and respect. This is beautiful! Yo LL, it would be phenomenal if you could have Wyclef and Canibus as guests on your show. That would be crazy! I know Canibus has supreme respect and admiration for you, and all of y'all have grown a lot since those days. Can you make that happen?
