Thank you, I ordered one. Please, don't we have to use the grid for the chest x-ray decubitus? Too much video on you tube without grid. Thank you for your response.

Good question! Grids are used to increase image contrast. Chests have a high subject contrast. That's why we set a high kVp - to reduce contrast. So, no, grids are typically not necessary for chest x-ray.
