That Punisher 8 is gonna surprise ya. Well worth the money and build quality is excellent. No way anybody can say anything bad about is. Especially compared to all the other stuff out there for that price.

When I started playing around with my truck right afyer I bought it I wanted to at that time just add some simple bass, since the stock everything was complete garbage, I bought one of those Rockville 12" bass tubes and at basically the same price, it put a little boom boom in the cab, but as any enthusiast knows.... It was time to start to "PUT IN WORK!" but for what it was it did what I thought it'd do. Then now in the closet collecting dust, lol! All Respect, MB!!!!

Thank you for doing some Budget subs!!! The xmax is probably 13mm one way and they just doubled the number. That’s what they used to do with their xmax number is use the total.

Another recommended one is the Rockville K9 V3 it's really a monster and cheap for what you get I've had the 10 inch one for about a year now and it's amazing 109.99$ excursion is great you definitely feel it only on 1000 watts rms

I wanna the excursion test. 26mm 😆. If theyre close to the actual numbers i might try a pair.. the old k9s got me worried tho with rockville. Great content brotha!

I've attempted to design a box with that driver and it don't make sense on the program response was all weird didn't wanna take a chance on getting it.

I'm pretty sure the 26 mm excursion one way is in reference to Xmech or mechanical excursion. Notice they did not say "26 mm LINEAR excursion". They are trying to trick people. Not a good sign.

@@Chuck_Sanders I think there is some confusion. MB said the excursion was 26mm. He didn't say the Xmax was 26mm. Did he mean to say the Xmax was 26mm? Because if Rockville is saying the one way Xmax is 26mm then that's more than tricking people, that's more like actual lying. -Assuming it's accurate, then they would have the highest Xmax of any sub on the market for only $114. It seems highly unlikely. Maybe we need to wait and see what's actually go on. I'm just highly skeptical of that spec.

You're confused because you don't fully understand what BL is lol. High BL doesn't refer necessarily to the gap tightness. It's just the strength of the motor as a unit.
