Rockwell/Delta pin router maiden voyage!

Getting to know my new to me Rockwell/Delta 43-503 pin router. I gutted the stand and eliminated the foot lever table height system that limited table movement to 1.25 inches. I did this because I didn’t want to align the bit to the pin every time I adjusted the height of the router at the column. I bolted a plate to the front under the table with a scissor jack pushing on the table from below with the factory spring inside pulling the table down. With a little bit of clearancing I was able to get my table to adjust 2.75 inches up and down by hand at a cost of $0 to me using stuff I had laying around. So far I’m very happy with how it is working for me! Thanks for watching!
