This scene reminds me of my Grandpa Joe.... He was always there for me even when my parents weren't, I was amazing at Soccer, basketball and schoolwork. He always called me after every game, even showed up to a few even though he lived in Texas and I in WA. He passed away when I was 11 and I was hit by a drunk driver the next year breaking my arm and all the bones in my left knee. When he passed I felt like I lost my 'mick' the rest of my family didn't care for my athletics,. Even then ...I continued playing through all of that, sometimes after the toughest games and adversity I still wish he would call me just to tell me how proud he was of me again. You don't come across many people like that in your life.

+oejay a same here. Just pictures of family I don't remember holding me as a baby. Then again my Mom's side in England her parents were born in early 1900's!!!! Least they made it to see their youngest daughters final grandchild in 83. It's weird thinking that family born from so long ago that went through so many hardships were there with me. People take their grandparents for granted too much. Some of us never had that.

Sylvester Stallone actually wrote the Rocky movies. Hollywood producers wanted to give him a few million dollars for it, but Stallone wanted to be the lead character. He was literally unknown at the time, so nobody wanted to give him a chance. They wanted to buy the rights to the movie and have someone else play the lead role. So Stallone had to settle for a couple hundred thousand dollars for his script, and he got to play the lead role. Best decision he could have ever made. That's some real life motivation. Follow your dreams.

He taught me so much, He was just like Mickey. I knew of this video, so I watched it. Lets just say there are no more tears left that I could possibly let out. The video is so true to Me and my late friend. RIP Vince. (Mickey)
