First time I heard it I jumped on a bus to go downtown and buy it. I played it a million times 'til someone in my family took it 'cause I NEVER saw it again. My family were JERKS back then, AND they're BIGGER JERKS nowadays... OLD JERKS.

This was my favorite song to dance to at our very small town disco in Jackson WI. They allowed kids like me to line dance under the disco lights, smoke and bubble machine at the local diner until 10 pm~My Linda's Inn. The 80's were the best in so many ways.

Everyone has their opinion. Myself if I had to pick 20 years I would pick 1965 to 1985. I was born in 1955. Kids today do not like 60s 70s 80s and 90s. The 20 year olds of today they were born in 2000, most of them like Rapp. So their favorite music is 2020. Its all about when you was born. My dad was born in 1928, he loved the 40s music. He hated 60s 70s and 80s music. BTW I hope I was not being mean. Semper Fi from an old Marine from the 1970s

Cannot stand the music nowadays, except for the occasional artist here and there, but my word were the 70s and the 80s especially, the golden era of music in my opinion. @@MegaJustGeorge thank you George, it was an honor to serve. I served 5 Oct 73 to 4 Oct 77. At that time most people did not like the military because of the Vietnam War. Back in Sep75, I returned from Okinawa after a 13 month deployment. Myself and other Marines were waiting on flights at LAX to our next duty station, myself Camp LeJeune North Carolina. Three or four of us were walking around.... then five or six " Punks" in their 20s called us "Baby Killers." OMG it got ugly, and we got in their faces. Told them to say it again to our face. Needless to say they backed down and walked away. This issue was minor compared to what G.I.s In the 60s and early 70s went through. Sorry about rambling on. @@roguesheep3083 Yes. I forgot about it too. One day it popped back up in my head and I was prompted to look for it online. Thankfully, these days, you can can google search any old song and you'll find it quickly. That's how I have found this song as well as others I haven't heard in years.
