Fwiw, most modern DJ bikes seem to be in the 12 kg range. My entry-level Cube Flying Circus is 11.8 kg stock with the coil-sprung Manitou Circus Sport. It'll drop significant weight with an air fork. Good to see things so light nowadays.

cool video... i'd love to get a little dj to add to the quiver, but dammit i'm having a hard time justifying more bikes to me wife... maybe your next video should be a tutorial on how to convince your spouse that you another bike (N+1 baby!!!)
@99spokes9 ай бұрын
lol step one is get your wife hooked on riding. But that creates the opposite problem, where you have to try and rein in her bike purchases 😂

@@99spokes oh man yeah that definitely happened too a couple of years ago… My dilemma now is that I’m trying to make my wife understand that I NEED a downhill bike in my life. For some reason she’s just not quite buying in to it yet 😂

Is... Is that fork on backwards?
@99spokes9 ай бұрын
Haha nope! All Manitou forks have the crown on the reverse side, they claim it makes for a stiffer fork, but it definitely looks a bit, well, backwards!

Bro thats such a stupid question. The thing that matters is the offset not where the legs are connected.

65° head angle? Dirt jumper. 24" bmx race bikes have 74° h.a.

It’s 68.5 degrees, did I say 65 degrees in there haha?
