That is another point of the movie. Remember when Rani's father was mocked by the entire crowd at the party in Rocky's house? That made Rani's parents realise how Rocky felt when they used to mock him for his education and class. Before that, even they were pretty careless and looked down upon him.

I disagree. it's a universal truth that women wear bra and pads and underwear and yet they are so secretive and shy of it and men even more so. it's normal. so she was normalising it. any woman walking by, sensible women mind you, would've thought 'good for him' and walked past but men will be rightfully stumped because they're not used to it. just like she said women are used to washing men's under wear drying them everything, but opposite? na re baba na. bra and pad are still like taboo for men. why?? it's normal isn't? she is rightfully frustrated also only.
