completely agree with the video points I usually use 4h for major levels and intra trade using 1hr to fine tune those areas and look for places I think it might have issues or resistance at and then use the 30-15 for entries based on breaks or pullbacks. That simple.

A trader needs to learn so much of many things at the same time that it is difficult to piece up the puzzle in a short term. And time frames, while it seems easy to understand and master often times is dropped at the back of the seat neglecting the importance of it. After trying different time frames I've come to the conclusion that swing trading suits my personality the best and my entries are in the 4H.

It's very True that trading is like a tailored suit and that the trading style must be in line with the trader's personality and time availability but expecially on Forex not all timeframes are born equal. There's a a trading edge on working on some timeframes rather than others. This video is very good to explain the MTT ( Multi timeframe theory ) and the top down analysis linked to MTT but it's usefulness stops here. I liked the golf club story! That story was very good. I'm not negative just honest.
