Not yet, but I do have a couple of fly rods I need to finish. I'll shoot those when I get time.

When you're spining the rod. Does it matter which side you put down to the floor. Butt or tip top. And love all your videos. In the process of my first build and have learned alot from you. Thank you

Honestly, I don't know the answer to your question. I learned to spline tip down and have always done it that way. Thanks for watching.

Did you change the position of the reel seat from 12" because once you assembled it , it looked like it was 14 or 15" from the end of the blank? I sure get a lot of valuable tips from watching you build. Thanks Lee

I laid it out wrong and wound up shortening the blank to get it back to 12".
