CBR250RRs with the 41hp engine are the second version, they came with up&down quickshifter and slipper clutch but no TC. This spec is standard in Japan, Thailand, and Malaysia, but sold as the SP model in Indonesia. Third version is out already with new fairings and a power bump to 42hp.

It is not a fair comparison. Because the situation is different in both tests. The Road and timing is different and the wind maybe different too. They will effect the acceleration.

actually incredible the 500 has more torque and a bit more power, but weighs alot more and probably was shifted too late still impressive that on paper the 250 would outpeform the 500
