Here's a new issue I'm seeing with our @rodemic wireless go II not showing signal in Rode connect(1.3.5). This is on both M1 iMac, and m1 MacBook Air(12.4).
By the way, we own Rode wireless go II, VideoMic NTG, VideoMic Go II, and might get the Procaster 2... so we are not trying to say these are bad - Rode equipment has been great.
Is anyone else having this issue?
Here's what I've tried so far (Rode customer support is great and suggested factory reset and such):
- I factory reset both transmitters and the receiver - they are on the latest software(2.1.9)
- Deleted and reinstalled Rode central(2.0.5)
- Deleted and reinstalled Rode connect(1.3.5)
- Swapped the cables
Same issue is on both computers.
