It's genius for him as a producer. And he gets to learn and hear new music, probably making his own music better. Plus he just knows a different point of view on music
@balmain-i3e4 жыл бұрын
@@AntlerGlasgow but Kendrick has achieved a lot of psychedelic influences and vibes in his music. Even MF DOOM, he hella lyrical but his music, especially Madvillany achieves a very vibey, psychedelic, dusty vibe. Bruv u know that being lyrical doesn't take away a quality of production, if anything it enhances it when done correctly, listen to Quasimoto, The Unseen, very very psychedelic, dusty, lofi, with head-bopping grooves(which is why they say the album comes with a neck brace) and yet he is "lyrical" in a sense. U make a good point but it ain't solid tbh as this could be disproved

Just some info for this album, since i listened to it prolly 1000+ times: Rodeo is emotional journey of a young soul lost in the dark world, talking about different tales that shaped how Travis Scott was made and where it all started. Being homeless, fighting demons and sins, what he has done to succeed, how everyone cast him aside and how he was completely alone. But Rodeo mostly riles on the emotions and psychedelic production makes those emotions 10 times better. Thank you for giving a chance to this masterpiece imo.

I've only watched a couple of reaction videos and I didn't really like them. Ha ha! I just thought "Why do people want to watch this random person listen to music and then spout bollocks about what he's just listened to?". It's such a weird thing when you think about it. In the past I don't remember people watching other people when they listened to music. I do remember hanging out with my mate and listening to Metallica and Guns 'N' Roses together.
