One advice to tackle demotivation, nervousness and stress is to perform meditation 2-3 times a day Do it for next 40 days Trust me it will calm you down to such extent that things or questions will start get clearly You will definitely improve on understanding part Will help with not panicking during d day Please do it if you're reading this

Ravi Sir.. i literally worked on my profile and studied very very hard for Entrance, honestly i studied more then 10+ hour a day for CAT and in September due to this i got some anxiety and mental issues. after that i talked about this with my mentor and my friend and some alums of IIM's, most of them advised me, if after putting so much effort still you're not able to ace that percentile which you want. may be you should choose something else . as my main aim is to go for only and only IIM's but due to very poor academics their might be chance that top colleges may not even give a call. but i really wanted to go for it and i really wanted to do it and i started my prep again, i know it become bit late, but at-least i should give a try and al thanks to you..
