My old Fulmar is based in Plymouth, she is calles Sarakiniko, watch out for her. They are good fast spacious boats. They do slam when sailing into seas when a wave thumps between the keels but no harm is done.

Great video thanks. I had been looking for a bilge keel fullmar and actually rang up for yours but it was sold. Now I know who bought it lol. Sadly my sailing plans are now on hold until we've moved house. Hopefully it won't be long until I'm back on the water.

Useful video for me, as a Utube sailor only at present, I now know how a vang or rod kicker works. I presume they are one and the same. Question, are you going to rename your new boat as Roquetta 2?

Nope. Needs must when the devil drives. To be fair though, it's a public slip, and I am a member of the public. And a quick scrub off isn't 'boat yard work' by any stretch.
