Due to the very delicate structure of a nose (which is made of muscle and cartilage), a nose jobe should be done only once in life, not many many times as if it was made of rubber. I can't imagine how much physical pain this person will feel as she gets older. Having all the prior surgeries to put in muscles, then having them removed, surgeries on the face, now more surgeries. As you age, you feel normal aches and pains, and if you've had injuries you will feel more pain in those areas, but she's going to be hurting every where.
