Idk if it was mentioned later in the video, but on the first game, it seems as though if you draw a minion as your first draw it gets reduced twice and -2 attack twice, since the Selfish shellfish was a 2 mana 3/7 instead of a 3 mana 5/7, but the next minion Roff drew didn't have that

It's because of how they apply the cost reduction to the mulligan; because mulligan cards aren't technically drawn, at the start of your first turn, it applies the passive to all cards in your hand. this means the card you draw gets the passive AND the mulligan buff, causing -2 mana -4 attack

Game plan of deck: silence your own minions Payoff for silencing your minions: buffing them with silence cards that buff and the hero power, which get removed if you use one of the payoffs for silencing a big minion or one of the mass silence cards in the deck …… ig the deck has silenced me (at least removing the attack reduction is synergy)
