🎮 Rog Ally hotkey buttons stopped working - easy fix

My command center doesn't open when i press the shortcut key and the fix i did is uninstall and install it in the file. File location: C:\eSupport\eDriver\Software\Win32App\ASUS\ARMOURY CRATE SE Service\1.2.10\15205

Hello everyone guys, if like me, this method did not help you because you decided to “Optimize” your console like me. Then you most likely disabled the Radio Management Service (RmSvc) I have no idea how radio relates to Rog Center but after Turning ON the service everything worked.

I dont know what happened but afterr multiple re-start I was ready to do a full windows reset but I turned it off for 10 mins and when I cambe back to it it started working again.

Thank you, now it works. When I use hotkeys now it changes the GPU mode and Keyboard backlight. But still the pop-up doesn't show and I can't see what mode I'm using. Any idea why?

Producto nuevo y no me funcionaban los botones "LB, RB y la tecla + del volumen" Estuve un día completo tratando de arreglar esto, comprobé los Servicios de Window, BIOS, Opciones de energía y Drivers. Comprobé actualizaciones de Armoury Crate, MyAsus y Window Update (en este ultimo corregí problemas y volví a instalar). Lo ultimo que probé fue apagar el equipo totalmente y nada de lo anterior al parecer "fue de ayuda". Por alguna razón de a poco me empezaron a funcionar cada uno de los botones que no funcionaban, de forma milagrosa. Lo que llamo mi atención es que al poner el equipo en modo "Silencio 10W", al pasar un momento, todos los botones funcionaron y ahora funcionan bien aparentemente. Vi que a un usuario no le funcionaba su botón de encendido... el abrió el dispositivo y luego reconecto la batería física, de esta forma volvió a funcionar con normalidad ¿quizás finalmente sea un problema en la batería?

So I got an ally brand new and the lights don’t work and none of the buttons or joysticks work, not even the command center. I have tried multiple methods such as cloud recovering and redownloading the armory crate but nothing works. There is also a firmware update that whenever I try to update it, it fails and says I have to reboot and try again, with it never working. Any tips?

forget the cloud recovery and just install win11 the normal way by booting from installation media thumbstick, then delete everything on the ssd and proceed

@@goisSpOFC I ended up after some more troubleshooting to just go in and ask for a replacement. The replacement works fine, and I still have no idea what caused the original ones problems. Hope your able to find a solution.

try to actually reboot the device from start menu, you would also want to disable fast startup in windows powerplan/buttons
