You’re welcome! 🫶The nice thing is the Ally X is still really good solo so there’s less of a rush. You might even be able to pick up the next eGPU upgrade. 😁 As always, thanks for watching and for the support! ✌️

120FPS on high with no frame gen?! That's sooo sick! Love your content!

Is it possible to check the difference in the number of fps onexgpu 1 oculink vs onexgpu 2 oculink on the internal screen of some oneexplayer with a 1600p screen on horizon forbidden west or last of us part 1? Why am I asking this? Because in my legiongo + gpd g1 configuration, Sony games do not work well and in 800p resolution I have less fps and GPU usage ~ 50% and 1600p I have more fps but GPU usage is ~ 100%😯😯 - I have checked hundreds of games and I only have such a problem with Sony games and unreal engine 5 on a clean Windows 11 So it is definitely related to the USB 4.0 bandwidth because I do not know any other reason why the GPU in these games does not want to work always at 100% - connecting an external monitor is better and the number of fps increases by even 15 fps so it is the fault of the USB 4.0 bandwidth

Hmm I don’t have either of those Sony games on PC but I was going to pick up spider-man 2 on PC since I’m only 2 hours in on PS5. I’m not sure if that game uses the unreal engine 5, I’d have to check. That’s so weird that the GPU is capping on those games.

What dock are you using? My Egpu dock delivers power to my handheld. Is it ok to use a jsaux docking station that delivers power to your handheld if your egpu delivers power too? Will it hurt anything? What do you recommend?

I’m using the OneXGPU 2 which is a dock and eGPU all in one. Which eGPU are you using? I’ll answer your other question after knowing which eGPU you have so that I have a better understanding of the setup. 😊

@ I am using the new AOOSTAR ag02 that delivers power to my handheld.

@ I have the Jsaux 12 in 1 dock that also delivers power. That’s my concern is that I don’t want to ruin the handheld with 2 power sources plugged in at the same time
@GamingRepairs7 күн бұрын
@joepascua1264 Okay! How come you’re using the jsaux dock too? What’s connected to that device that you can’t run through the eGPU dock?

What settings would you recommend for this game on the onexgpu2 connected to an55inch Oled tv? LG G4 4K Tv
@GamingRepairs9 күн бұрын
I have that exact same tv. 😂🙌 I would say probably 4K low for the higher fps. Otherwise drop to 1440p high.

@@GamingRepairs that’s pretty cool we have the same tv btw😁
@Pilow-q1c9 күн бұрын
I dunno if it's gonna work since I don't have mine connected to a 4k TV.. But try 1440P high then use AFMF2 to scale up to 4k.
@GamingRepairs9 күн бұрын
Yes! It is cool. 😎👌 With that tv you have to use game mode and manually change the hz to 144hz in the LG menu for game mode. Otherwise it’ll cap at 60hz on the TV and in your windows display settings under advanced. You’ll know if it’s enabled on the TV for 144hz if you can change it there.

4K low is good. I tried it out on my monitor.

Would you mind trying this game with the original onexgpu if you still have it?
@GamingRepairs8 күн бұрын
I do still have it! 😁 I’ll test it out when I get a chance over the weekend.

@ Thank you. I'm mainly interested in how it would perform on the ally screen as I'm about to pull the trigger on the onexgpu.

Okay! I’ll test it on the Ally screen. 😊

All x and OneXGPU 1 internal display 1080p high is about 74-90fps.

@ brilliant. Thank you. Any recommendations on the cables you're using? I'd need a usb4 to connect it to the legion go but a bit longer? Also can you connect any pc power cable to the power brick so it doesn't hang off the plug as it's heavy?
