When using a waterblock does it matter what size PC case and motherboard you use? Like for a 4090 can you safely put it on a ITX motherboard and not have anything missing from a ATX like lanes, power, overclocking, and heat management/bottlenecking from overheating in a ITX case? Do you have to go big with 4090s or can you also go small provided you use good components without restricting the performance?

The problem is you can not fit a big 360 radiator into smaller case, which usually required to able to cool both cpu and gpu.

Why buy a GPU you can only use with one specific motherboard? I'll stick to my 4090 that I can plug into any Mobo I want. Also if my plug does ever go out I can get it swapped, you fry your "gold finger" and you are pretty much SOL
