Good for Roger to express KTMs culpable aspects to riders performance , and not just putting it on the riders. Classy.

@donbrashsux I was 16 years old and riding an rm250 and 370 in the senior class in Canada. Suzuki had a draw for anyone who bought an rm that year. I think I was gifted the spot as I was a good prospect. Won the open class nationals that year. 4 half hour motos on a Sunday ffs between 2 claases. Kids got it easy these days, lol. Roger was god to me. Special moment for sure! Jerret Wolsink was also instructing that day. Another thing that happened that year, we were in British Columbia before the first national and I blew the top end. Masaru Ikeda who won the 125 pro class that year took me under his wing and redid the top end at the Suzuki distribution plant for Canada in Vancouver. He comes and says it's finished, Roger Decoster top end just installed! Smoked Maico 400's after that! That's what dreams are made of.

Not sure what ya'll heard, but RD said the quiet part out loud. They don't have SX in Europe, and the Dyno doesn't translate to wins in SX. Those guys are so close, and a 10th a lap can mean domination. He also mentioned fitness and age. An 18 year old vs a 28 year old is a huge difference, taking into account fitness, finesse and fear. KTM knows they F'd up on the frame and has since made changes. If you want to win in SX don't ask the MXGP guys. Roger isn't a Racer anymore, he's a thinker and he KNOWS, thats why he wins so much. His record precedes him. KTM should listen to him,............MORE......

Interesting to hear him mention the frames weren't really a problem more a suspension set up issue. So ktm reworked their production frames based on bad suspension setttings ? I'm not sure your average joe racer could even tell the difference but still interesting.
