Yes I have it in my Swift but you have to open the tyre. In the video they say it can be done without opening the tyre. It is very useful worth the buy. I have using it in my Swift and Scorpio both and is a good product.

It makes your SUV (ladder on frame) 60-65% stable. And if you use this in sedans. Its amazing. Depends upon car.

Effectiveness is 60%. Which is enough in the ladder frame SUVs. For Sedans. I think this would be absolutely fine.
