It works both ways though. Generally, the old men that go to the Phillipines cannot get a quality woman in the U.S. and are timid. They go to the Phillipines and will fall love with any young girl that smiles at them. These lonely old men can be taken of advantage of too

I keep hearing this running theme that foreigners who look for foreign wives are rejects in their own countries. While it may be true for some, not all western men even have the means to travel or import a foreign wife. I’m 48 and I’m good shape and I get hit on by women every day at my job but I choose to go to the Philippines to look for a wife because I don’t want someone who is spoiled and entitled. I also see Filipinas as much more feminine not to mention beautiful

@@daddypoker23 I mean he’s right about the entitlement position of a large percentage of western women . However I wouldn’t use my workplace as a gauge to my own abilities to land a partner like our commentator leaving this message because people with game skill’s work those ladder steps within the workspace based on your status in life . On the other hand when your asked by stranger women where they can find the laundry detergent aisle frequently at the grocery store or are in general public meeting women with smiling glances at the gym , church wherever well one might make a note of it to ones self . I appreciate this particular guest’s candor and personality but as she boldly professes her education is completed and while seemingly happy now I sense early entitlement in her demeanor . He has his hands full with this live one . Char 😜

My experience with them asking for money is exactly that. The girls sisters had husbands and they still was asking for money. Just because I’m a foreigner doesn’t mean I’m gonna pay for everybody in your family so that way they can have it easier not work. One thing that a lot of Philippines don’t understand about foreigners. We’re taught to work for what we want. We despise people that beg for money that can get out there and work. Now I understand the Philippines doesn’t have as many opportunities as Americans do, but putting forth the effort to try, makes the huge difference. I don’t care how old the guy is, if he’s asking me for money, that’s a big problem.

To be fair, its not just the Filipina that is "easy to get". The timid old men that go to the Philippines are very easy to get too. It is not 20 or 30 year old men, nor is it confident, attractive older men that go there. These men are shy and not confident with U.S. women, and will take ANY cute Filipina that smiles at them. These types of men can easily be taken advantage of too.

the answer to the second question ... that all foreigner are coming to the philippines to find a wife? the answer is no ... people comes to different countries including the philippines for different reason ... some and not all are looking for a wife ... other or looking for a cheaper economically way to live ... some are escaping the law ... not every foreigner are men ... and the sad reality is that some men and some women come for " pay to play " ... they are different reason for different people ... if a man will go to just find a wife then he better know what he want in a wife and what is he is expected to do as a husband

I had sex with my Filipina the first time we met in person but I can say we talked for several years by phone, messenger and video chat before we met in person. Originally we was just pen pale friends.I thought maybe we both be a little shy when we meet but we was both very comfortable. But I think it was because we talked for a long time before ever meeting.

i don't understand why people think that a women is a slave to a man because she does the house work ... but they don;t think a man is a slave when he provide everything in the household ... if you want to think of it as slavery then the truth is a women is the slave of her man and the man is the slave of his women ... the both provide for each other ... the reality is why would a man provide and do everything in the household or a woman provide and do everything in the household ... she provide by doing the things in the household and he provide financially for the basic of the household ... if the woman don't want to be a wife to the husband or the man don't want to be a husband to the the wife and either one is doing both the financial and the cares of the household then that person doing it all is a slave to his/her partner

If she is a virgin, I believe just my personal opinion. Marriage should happen first. But if she has had sex with a previous boyfriend, and or ex-husband, I don’t see why a woman would starve a man for sex, but she’s asking him to finance her. That’s unfair because, her family is going to want the foreigner to pay for their lifestyle as well. It’s not like you’re just taking care of her, she has siblings, and her siblings most likely have boyfriends and or husbands. The girl I was talking to told me that her family asks her for money all the time. She worked in a different country to raise enough money to build a house. I told her if her and I are to get married. Nobody is going to stay at our house, especially while I’m gone at work in the states. She try to get me to say yes, to having her family members stay at our house, but the thing is. I trust no woman "period" how do I know the guys that are staying at my house while I’m gone isn’t sleeping with her. I understand the culture as far as being family oriented. But I’m not an idiot. Everything I Filipina is supposed to do to verify that she’s in a relationship with a guy, with me she didn’t. Towards the tail end of her leaving her job in the Middle East. All of a sudden everything changed and she was barking orders and being disrespectful. I instantly cut it off and stop talking to her from that point on. It seems to me and this is not everybody. It’s just my experience. That she was trying to take advantage of my finances to support her family and possible boyfriend. But she used her so-called tradition to make me come out there to meet her father, and be traditional as a man. She is not a virgin. Why is it? I have to wait on the other guy didn’t. Regardless of how it happened. The whole thing was one-sided. So with all of that said. I personally believe. If the girl isn’t a virgin. I don’t see why she would say no to something she’s already have done before. If it secures our relationship with a guy that is willing to deal with the one-sided BS that they play. He should be compensated on what he wants as well. Or, find another girl that is worth your time. It was funny how they try to guilt trip me into following their culture, but the way she was acting, wasn’t traditional at all.

In the US, I don’t see this as socially acceptable to treat one’s wife like a slave. I sure hope that Filipinas never accept this from a guy over there. The traditional man will not just be a bread winner but also do all the hard work such as carrying things. He’ll open doors for his wife and treat her like the most precious person in his life. There is slavery and everyone is a slave to something if you understand it or not. The first question to answer for anyone is “who is your master”. The master might be in his pants or in a bottle. It could be his job, material things, or his ego. It could be he’s looking for a wife to be his master. It could also be that God is his master. Once you know who the master truly is, then you can better understand what to expect of him, because the slave always follows the will of the master and we are all slaves.
