Nice video, I can sit back relax and enjoy my morning cuppa. 🙂 Talking about washing machines my first one was a Hitachi Twin Tub. Was a great little machine. When you make a sponge cake to prevent it from losing the air after creaming the egg, butter and sugar, do not use your mixer when adding the flour, instead use a large metal spoon such as your tablespoon to gently fold in the flour a little at a time and do not continue to 'stir & mix' or that will also cause the cake mix to loose air. 🍰

I cried when you said “one & only cup of coffee”, life isn’t worth living if I can’t drink coffee all day long! ☕️ ☕️☕️ Good luck, I hope the new eating routine works for you. In an effort to cut fats & lose weight, I use applesauce instead of oil & butter in my baked goodies. Warning: the cakes do not rise as fluffy as usual & the texture is a bit crumbly, but it’s still satisfying.

Yes I've had to do laundry in the sink before luckily it was summer so washed it, hung it on the line overnight and finished it off in the dryer the next day
