Lucky to have a worker like Rogie not many like him these days would not hurt to slip a little bonus in his pay check.

I don't know if it's this one or one that the algorithms threw at me, you mentioned the chainsaw cutting guys and then the whole business aspect of the logging BUSINESS. Thanks for that. I love when anybody one the you tube talks dollars and cents and overhead. There are toooooooooooooo many hobbyists out there in TV land that don't understand performance for pay and how much of a difference it makes in what you have to do and how much PRESSUREthat adds to the whole equation. 👍👍👍

First, thanks for the diagram. It really helped me understand better. Second, hardwood lumber prices at the big box stores are the biggest rip off this side of the corporate board room. The corporate suits are the ones raking the money in btw while we, the middle class, are the ones who really drive the economy. I do a little wood working and get my lumber from the hardwood store and even the small back yard type saw mills where it is either rough cut or just skip planed which is not a problem since I have the tools to finish it out. I would love to be able to get lumber from someone like you. I love just looking at slabs of beautiful walnut, hard maple, etc... It gets my motor running for sure. Thanks!

How you doing brother how was your thanks giving this year I hope well but just a question do you have chaps for your legs protection when cutting .just wondering cause my brother in law was cutting a tree that he dropped and he was walking across it and he slipped a lil and in a flash his saw drove right across his leg and it cut about 3inches or so deep and it was so quick cut thru his jeans ..and into his leg .it didn't bleed for some reason right off I guesse . So I just worry about stuff like that .I just don't want it to happen to you bud ..but great vid and be safe and godbless

And you as the working man that done 90% of all the work involved will only get 10% of the money it's always the man who done little to none of the work that gets the 90% of the money! It's like farmers, by the time a bushel of wheat is turned into bread and sold did you know that the government will make more money off that bushel of wheat from taxes by the time it hits the consumer than the farmer made from selling it! The working man is always getting the shaft from the CEO`s and middleman! Like you said the profit gets bigger the closer you get to the consumer. Hardwood is very expensive here in the west, that $8 board there is probably $25 here in Idaho but Pine and Fir trees are a lot cheaper because they're abundant here. I'm sure that it's the opposite there. You should ship your hardwoods here and ship fir lumber back there and do it all directly to a warehouse to get as much as you can, run your own small trucking fleet to do it all. Make it on all ends. Great vidja Wade!
