Thats a honker of a tree! She's a beast! Made the Husky work a bit. Quick question on Brutus, can you shut off the saw part and use it as a pick? Are you using the trunk for lumber and the top for pulp?

A skidder operating in the vicinity of a cutter, especially one focused on cutting, is a recipe for disaster. A guy I use to work with got killed by a dead tree that the skidder operator hit with his pull. An innocent deadly mistake, and all kinds of shit can happen to the best of us. Which, except for working with my son years ago with me as the operator, I always work alone. 40 some years of logging without a major accident, Praise my God.
