Rogue made Mutant Metals Ultimate Dip Attachment (UDA) Review

Hello! Today we are taking a look at the Rogue fitness made UDA. After the controversy between Rogue and Mutant Metals the Rogue made UDA has come to life. The one I bought features a black textured frame with matte black handles. The handles alone are worth it to get the UDA as they offer a ton of versatility and uses. I got this during the matte black friday sale from Rogue and would definitely recommend over the standard dip bars out there. It stores away nicely and is easy to set up. Now you can get other colors in the UDA from rogue. You can always order the UDA from mutant metals directly if you want the welded end caps. Do I think the stainless is worth the upgrade? Personally I don’t think its necessary if you are getting it for your home gym the matte black handles look great and function the same. At the time the stainless was a $50 upgrade because the standard frame and pin were on sale at the time. If you have any questions drop them in the comments below. Hell yeah, that UDA is sick! Can you make a video about your Gold offset attachment? Where did you get it and how do you like them?

Hey! The offset attachment was made by a guy called 12:11 (xii:xi) fitness. They aren’t in business anymore and gave away their design to a local fabricator but I am not sure if even they are making it. It cost a decent chunk of change for these too. I believe it was around $300 shipped.

is the handles too long to use for lever arms?

If you have the rogue trolley arms on a rogue rack it would give you 6” of open space between the arms. It’s doable but annoying to get into position. I think MM recommends the 12” handles for trolley arm use
