Get Flanked lied and Macie Jay corrects his previous comment

After I released my video exposing misconduct by Ubisoft staff, Get Flanked responded with his own statements on the matter in a video titled: "The real reason the Hot Breach Podcast ended"... Except that he didn't actually address any of the serious issues I mentioned but instead, he tried his hardest to harm my credibility by publishing details of private conversations we had had in the past. And if it had stayed at that, I would have probably just left the matter unanswered but the problem is that Get Flanked (whether through sheer incompetence or on purpose) ended up making some very serious false statements. In this video, I will be setting the record straight and I will also be responding to a comment that Macie Jay left on my original video.

I couldn't find my part in the video but I assume this is referring to my comment on the last video, of which I did in fact make a mistake. So I'm pretty sure I've participated in every single showmatch at the pro league events and was merely commenting from my personal experience with these events. Shortly after though it was brought to my attention that this particular instance of match fixing was referring to a non pro league event which I was not a part of so I had no knowledge of what went down. I made the mistake of assuming I've participated in them all.

I'm not surprised! I worked for Ubisoft in the past and this all sounds very real. Experienced quite some disturbing things, especially after I left, but also while still working there. Many Ubisoft employees think they are the kings just because they work for Ubisoft. If you're not one of them, you are of a lower caste and not worth their time. There are good and lovely ones, too, of course but I wouldn't go back there again. I'm sure you can imagine how hyped I was to get a job offered at the BIG UBISOFT (I was a fan for a long time before getting the job). The disappointment was worse. And let's not even start about how "well" they pay. (I'm obviously using a fake profile to protect my identity.)

Design, coding, customer relations, tech support, HR, etc. Also depends on what your qualifications are. Often it's the smaller studios that are more fun to work for. And you will have less competition when applying for a job. I'm working for a small publisher now and it's definitely more fun. I can contact the CEO if I really need to AND will get a reply. Just take a look at what publishers or studios are in your area, if any, and start from there. It probably can be fun to work for a big studio/publisher like Ubisoft but not if you are one of the little guys.

Which is a shame. Even though you did say “if” and “maybe”, you are planting a seed and hypothetically accusing GF of things you openly admit to having no idea if it’s true. @@KingLouis420th TLDR; 3 big Siege tubers went to Montreal for a podcast, didn't get paid, treated the guys bad, Ross made video, Flanked defended Ubisoft, Rogue called out Flanked, community takes Rogue's side. Flanked, Rogue-9, CoreRoss and some other people went to Ubisoft Montreal for some PodCast with the 3 of them. Rogue and this girl started hitting it up, girl worked for Ubi, then girl stopped hitting it up and made Rogue uncomfortable. They started not inviting Rogue/Ross/Flanked to dinners, Rogue was upset because it was rude and not thinkable to him since Ubisoft was a professional company, they weren't gonna pay them for the Podcast which also ticked Rogue off since they got nothing out of it, then Flanked and (I believe) Ross went to dinners without Rogue, so Rogue made a video on his experience, Flanked came out defending Ubisoft with a video of his own trying to discredit Rogue, then it backfired and Rogue provided evidence to support his side and disprove Flanked, outting him as a bad friend and a corporate sellout.

I believe this situation CAN end well if all parties want to make it so. Ubisoft must lead an honest effort to resolve this. They should be compassionate and help to make an honest attempt to allow Rogue9 an outlet within Ubisoft to explain his views, bring all parties together and help repair the damage to friendships that Ubisoft must take some responsibility for. Ubisoft have the resources and should take care of the wellbeing of its creators and its employees while ensuring guidelines are adhered to. Ubisoft's treatment of Rogue9 has been very bad and lacking compassion.

I don't know you. I've only known GF and a few other Siege content creators. But this video popped up in my recommended, and I guess out of some sense of morbid curiosity (and also because I want to know if people I watch are involved in drama), I clicked on it. Seeing as this is the last part of the series, I went back in time and made sure to watch your first video as well as GF's "response" (that I would have never found because I am not subscribed to his second channel (already a huge red flag btw), just so I could make sure I was getting the full picture here. Frankly, the dms you have shown are of course, not the whole thing, since you said you've been conversing for 3 months. But from what I've read, this could be interpreted as either a huge misunderstanding on your behalf, or it was her leading you on out of boredom. Nothing was explicit, and it doesn't even seem that unprofessional. At most it could be seen as a weird friendship/budding romance. Whatever. But what happened next seemed downright disgusting to me. You didn't do anything that warranted being blacklisted and messing with your career. And to think that someone you trusted would not so subtly throw you under the bus and hide it on their second channel where the majority of their community will never see it, in honestly just infuriating. I hope you can find some closure now that you have had time to share your story, and I honestly hope GF sees the wrong he's caused here and mans up and addresses his fault. I feel it’s necessary to put this here for people who keep saying “just move on” to Rouge 9 and to other people without even thinking. And I know you’re not thinking because if you did, you wouldn’t be saying it as much as you do. It’s not a simple, forget and move on. These people essentially unjustly fired him from his job, banned him from any and all work related to them around the ENTIRE world AND sought to damage BOTH his personal and professional reputation which can make it harder for him to find more work in his chosen field. And you’re telling him to just “move on” as if nothing happened? Put yourself in his shoes. If he chooses to pursue legal action, or simply get an acknowledgment from Ubisoft of this team’s wrongdoing so he can move on easier, then he is entitled to it. Provided his accusations are true of course. Ubisoft’s (and anyone else that pops up like GetFlanked) actions, lies, slander has real world consequences. I understand that it can be hard to imagine but just think, try to imagine for one moment, that there is a real person behind the screen. A real person that faces real consequences to his livelihood due to the actions of a few. I know it can be hard, but just try okay? It’s the same with actors, YT channels, authors, and other impersonal professions. It’s hard to see the person as a person because you are caught up by the content and not the creator but I promise you, there is a person there. A real person.

Watched a few of his videos (not all of them of course) and from my experience hes kinda vague so.etimes and some of his points dont touch base with me like his wishlists and stuff. But that just my opinion. I dont like his voice and just disagree or dont see the same things as priority I guess. A lot of other content creators touch base on the same things and issues and it almost seems like GF always has a different take. But I also stopped watching him a while ago because of it so who knows. I haven't followed this whole storyline through and this is the first video I've seen about this podcast but GF makes very bold and vague claims and doesnt really give anything 100% believable. Rogue seems very consistent and consise and comfortable with sharing anything to defend himself. He goes into detail and explains his side fully, and also seems comfortable with talking about it whereas GF seemed more hesitant and like he had to carefully word things and think about it. Idk from someone who hasn't followed this stuff a whole lot and is new to it, I would believe rogue in a heartbeat because hes got his ducks in a row and he also seems a bit....emotional that he even has to defend himself over this which in my opinion makes it more believable because how he responds. He didnt come into this just to clarify what happened. Also played with flanked in a ranked match, he bottom fragged as he played ashe every attacking round, provided less than meaningful callouts, died to poorly communicated mira placements he chose which allowed vertical gameplay to fuck him Every round and instead of communicating his ideas he instead just flamed, instead of droning and making callouts he walked in blind, died and flamed. So I wouldn’t want to make an assumption. Best bet is to get wait & see who will speak out or wait on Pete I believe is straight tho💯

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought this. He just gets so many things wrong about the game on a continual basis, from bad takes to not understanding basic game mechanics. He's about the least knowledgeable siege 'expert' on youtube. It's hard to respect the dude when the one purpose of his channel is accomplished sub-par. I really hate it because rogue-9 on the other hand is the best when it comes to siege info, and he hasn't been making that great content because of this stupid drama.

@@salazaarfyrfang2699 Alot of people have wanted zofias withstand removed since it was added into the game, it's costed 2 proleague rounds and she only has the ability based off of lore unlike doctors who has to use his gadget. Dont even compare the withstand debacle to anything else when no one can argue for keeping it in the game

The problem with the whole thing is a lot of the more important events went down irl, not in chats or anything like that. As such, nobody can for certain say who is lying or telling the truth. Although I believe Rogue is the most truthful, even I do feel, like any other human, even he is recalling the events to suit his own narrative. Just my two cents.

Memories will always be biased. That's not even something you can really control. But from what I've read from everyone's body language during the podcast (I rewatched it not long ago, and I always analyze everyone's body language xD) and also from how the situation now is handled by everyone involved it seems to me that rogue is definitely the most truthful. Also the overall behavior I've noticed in the different parties tells me that R9 tends to be more emotional but a good guy while gf seems to be much more strategical, dominant, aggressive and has a tendency towards being kind of a bully.

Flanked's video was 100% solely off recollection.

Rogue has messages that actually makes sense with his side of the story even if it may be bias, it seems like they were avoiding and ditching him. I feel kind of sorry for him as he went there to share in a game he enjoys but it has been soured. Ubisoft sexual allegations also kind of backs up the fact that Ubisoft staff are unprofessional

It doesn't seem like Pete had his back either so I feel like rouge was probably being problematic too. But yeah sounds like most things happened irl so who knows what really went down
